We were given a tatami room upon arrival. There were a supermarket and stores around the hotel. For dinner, we went to Kamaiki, it was just walking distance from the venue.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Nara. its location is unbeatable - right in the heart of a bustling pedestrian mall, making it easy to explore the town center and nearby attractions. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, with two beds perfect for a family of four. Lastly, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast served was delicious, providing a taste of authentic Japanese cuisine. great value for money!

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The double bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room was warm enough to enjoy the Xmas festivities. There's a nice Christmas tree and the view from the window was great to watch the city. the bathroom had an adequate amount of amenities and they were replenished after housekeeping. Near the hotel, you can find a 24-hour convenience store and a couple of restaurants, which is useful.

The room was quite tiny, felt claustrophobic at times, and it definitely needs a massive renovation. the walls were so thin, you could hear everything from the street, and it was not easy to sleep at night.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. You can easily explore the area on foot. The Japanese breakfast is a must-try; it offers a variety of dishes like sukiyaki, miso, fish, and omelet, all presented beautifully. The rooms have genuine tatami mats, which provide a lovely experience.

The futon mattresses are a bit thin, and can be hard to sleep on, especially for older guests. The staff's communication skills are not up to the mark, and they struggle to understand and respond to guest requests.

The hotel is situated in a prime location close to major tourist attractions and modes of transportation, making it highly convenient. the Japanese-style family rooms are well-maintained and provide all basic amenities. the courteous staff members are always ready to help and make your stay comfortable. the power shower is highly appreciated by the guests.

The size of the room may be small carrying a lot of luggage.

Great location, near main sites and train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet facilities. Free soumen noodles and cute Nara deer stickers as a welcome gift. Good value for a family of 3. Convenient for day trips to Kyoto and Nara sightseeing.

    Nothing for me.

The breakfast at Hanakomichi was absolutely sensational, the best I had during my entire stay. I loved the experience of cooking it right at my table. The location was also great, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The power shower in the room was a standout as well. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Nara.

The hotel's location is excellent as it is right in the center of this city and really close to the sights. It's a stone's throw away from the market and a short walk from the train station.
